1 Spending time with my family, my partner, and my dog. Being around chosen family who make me feel seen and not judged.
2 What moves and inspires you most?
2 Nature, books, and children.
3 Do you have any daily practices?
3 I try to meditate for at least five minutes per day, and write.
4 What does self care mean to you?
4 Lately it has meant listening to my body and its signals. Taking time away from the computer or my phone when my eyes can’t look at it any longer, regardless of how much work still needs to be done. Reading, stretching, making myself beautiful, intentional meals.
5 Describe a sound that makes you feel calm.
5 The birds that sing every morning outside my window. It’s the first thing I hear every day. The sound of moving water. The muffled silence of the desert.
