Shipping & Returns

          01Many of our pieces are made to order; therefore, we encourage you to consider them carefully before purchasing. We are always happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have about receiving or returning your item, and you are welcome to email us to discuss.

RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS

          02We will accept returns if they are mailed within 14 days that the item was received, and we are happy to provide either an exchange, store credit, or refund. Please indicate within your return which option you would like, and once received on our end, we will contact you to organize your return. *Please note that we cannot accept exchanges due to incorrect ring sizing; please refer to our ring size guide to ensure you purchase the correct size. Instead of exchanging the wrong size, we are happy to offer a $30 fee for ring re-sizing.

          03In order for items to be eligible for returns or exchanges, the item must be unworn and in perfect condition. Sale and/or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

          04Customers are responsible for all shipping/return fees that are required. We do not refund any shipping or handling fees that are related to your purchase or your return. Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return for the funds to be reissued to your original payment method.

SHIPPING and TRANSIT 

          05All shipping fees are quoted and calculated at checkout. We do ship internationally.

          06If your order package is lost, stolen, or damaged - we can do what we can to assist you; however, once the item is in transit, we are no longer responsible and cannot control the process of 3rd party shipping services. If your item is delayed during transit, we cannot offer any insight into delivery times once the item is on its way to you, the customer.
